Hilda Baci says she has seen pictures and recipes of Ghanaian jollof and can confirm that the people of Ghana make different kinds of Jollof, such as “Tolo beef” Jollof.

After consuming the best Ghanaian jollof prepared by a Ghanaian cook, she claims that Nigerian jollof is superior.

She also said that she competed with a Ghanaian cook and that she was sure that her jollof was better than his.
