VP Bawumia backs Tamale Chef's audacious cook-a-thon record attempt

Chef Failatu Abdul-Razak, who is currently on a mission to break the record for the longest cooking marathon has been given GH₵30,000 in donations by the Vice President, Dr.

This exciting announcement was made during a press conference held at the Modern City Hotel in Tamale, where the marathon is currently taking place.

Shani Alhassan Saibu, the Northern Regional Minister, shared this wonderful news with the public, highlighting the unity and support behind Chef Failatu’s remarkable feat.

Chef Failatu Abdul-Razak Begins Cook-a-thon 

Chef Falila has officially began her cook-a-thon journey at the modern City Hotel in Tamale and is scheduled to end on January 5, 2024.

Her goal is to surpass Alan Fisher from Ireland, who broke Hilda Baci’s record with an impressive time of 119 hours and 57 minutes.

Tamale South MP Haruna Iddrisu, Tamale Central MP Murtala Mohammed, and Minister of State in charge of Finance Dr.

Yaw Dabo, Sherifa Gunu, and Kwabena Kwabena have all graced the occasion, captivating attendees with their magnetic presence.
