Arsenal striker Gabriel Jesus has revealed that he can’t recall a time when he played football “without pain”.

The 27-year-old underwent knee surgery after suffering an injury that sidelined him from Brazil’s World Cup campaign in December 2022, causing him to miss 99 days of action.

Unfortunately, Jesus has since endured three additional knee injuries in just over a year.

Regarding the potential arrival of competition in the summer, Jesus commented, “They already know if they want one or not.
