Ghanaian man Isaac Amoako set to break world record as he reads six days nonstop

The pursuit of breaking Guinness World Records has become a common occurrence, with individuals from Africa taking the lead in their quest to etch their names in the prestigious record book.

Following the recent accomplishments of Afua Asantewaa’s sinagthon and Failatu Abdul-Razak’s cookathon, another Ghanaian is set to make history.

According to a report by Ghpage, Isaac Amoako, a young graduate from Ghana, has received approval from Guinness World Records to embark on an extraordinary reading journey.

As an unemployed graduate from the University of Education (Winneba), Isaac’s passion for reading has fueled his dream to break the record for the longest reading-aloud marathon.

During an interview, Isaac Amoako shared that he recently received a confirmation email from Guinness World Records, confirming his eligibility for the reading marathon.

He expressed his optimism about the upcoming challenge and set an ambitious goal of reading continuously for approximately 145 to 150 hours.
